While passing through Bordeaux, we particularly enjoyed this excellent restaurant. The welcome was attentive and warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the cuisine excellent and original. I also recommend the wine pairings.

Spectacular. A delightful surprise. Everything was delicious. The service is also impeccable, and they explain each dish in great detail. The owners speak perfect Spanish and are incredibly friendly. It was a little hot because it's an open-air terrace and it was a warm day, but overall the experience was fantastic. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Bordeaux.

Absolutely incredible. You should allow at least two hours for lunch, I think, but you won't be disappointed, whether it's the menu, the quality of the food, or the service. One of the best places in all of Bordeaux.

A truly lovely restaurant/gourmet shop – the food was fantastic, lots of little dishes all together on the table, perfect for sharing. Then came a variety of courses with fish, meat, and vegetarian options. Really good sauces and some original touches – like pan-fried risotto served as a biscuit, yet still creamy – mmm. A truly wonderful evening.

Finally, the table service by Marylou and/or Hugo is always kind, friendly, and precise in describing the dishes. Absolutely perfect meal. We opted to do the wine pairing and every selection was perfectly paired and hightened the meal. It was some of the best food my husband and I have ever had and we want to go back to Bordeaux just to eat there again and experience how the menu changes with the seasons. We ate at the Eifel Tower restaurant just days before and we liked Zephirine so much better!
