Parc de la Citadelle (cruising)

Parc de la Citadelle, the green space around the old Vauban fortifications east of the centre (access from Rue de Boston), is a documented gay cruising area, mainly in the evening and overnight around the two car-park areas and wooded sections. France protects LGBTQ+ people in law, but this is a public park shared with families and joggers by day — be discreet, respect others and follow local rules.
