OKKO Hotels Strasbourg Centre

Was all Perfect, every time I come to Strasbourg, I will stay in this hotel. Was very clean, the personal very friendly.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Two room changes, a room floor soaked in wastewater, a non-functioning air conditioner in the supposedly upgraded room, incorrectly calculated extras, and a student receptionist who couldn't understand what I was saying. I wouldn't recommend going there!

A very modern hotel located a little away from the main tourist area of ​​the city, but with a tram stop just 20 meters away that takes you to any point in the cathedral area. The rooms are very modern and very clean, and our 3-night stay was wonderful. The breakfast on the first floor could be a bit more comprehensive; perhaps that's the only slight drawback. The hotel staff was very friendly, and it's a hotel to keep in mind for a future visit to Strasbourg.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are a good size and are very well equipped with an innovative design. The hotel services are very correct, you have water, coffee and some groceries almost always available, large common areas, etc. In the rooms the temperature is very good since each room has its own climate system, unfortunately, in the common areas it is very hot because they do not have cooling systems.

Absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The breakfast room wasn't air-conditioned, making it unbearably hot, as were all the common areas. Breakfast was very mediocre, with butter in a shared dish for everyone! The fruit juices were warm because there was no refrigerated space, and there were no bowls for serving yogurt, which was being washed at 8:30 am. One of the elevators was out of order, and there was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. A very bad experience. Everything needs to be reviewed.
