Hôtel Gumbati Apart

The staff was polite and attentive, and they helped me choose my dishes. It's a great place to have a relaxing meal and a good time. Everything was delicious:)

I would strongly recommend against booking a stay at Gumbati Hotel. I was contacted by the management on the second day of my stay to inform me of a “booking problem” whereby I was required to pay an additional night. All of this was done in spite of the check-out and check-in times having been agreed directly with the reception on check-in. When I would not pay for an error on their part, they had me leave out of the hotel – a completely unprofessional and unacceptable action. The manner in which the hotel management and staff responded to the situation was disrespectful as much as it was a demonstration of a lack of integrity and concern for customers. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself from visiting this establishment. There are much better hotels in the vicinity with good service and decent hospitality.
