Dorint Hotel An der Kongresshalle Augsburg

Beautiful view if you're in a room on a higher floor. The nearby park is magnificent. Friendly staff at reception. Tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Reliable Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, there's no on-site parking. There's a garage next door at the convention center, but it fills up quickly during events. Then you have to walk several hundred meters from the parking lot by the park, or you can try to find parking in the immediate vicinity.

A bit dated. Nevertheless pleasant, friendly staff and close to the city center (10 min walk).

We had a room for three people at the Dorint Augsburg and were absolutely delighted. Room: Spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. Even though there were three of us, we had plenty of room and storage space. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything worked perfectly. Service: The staff was very friendly and attentive. Check-in was quick and without any waiting. Requests were addressed immediately – you can tell that hospitality is a top priority here. Breakfast: The breakfast was also highly recommended. A wide selection, and everything was fresh. A particular highlight: The scrambled eggs were prepared exactly as we liked them. A perfect way to start the day. Location: Ideally located, you can quickly reach Augsburg's city center. Yet it's quiet enough for a restful sleep. Conclusion: We really had nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect for us – from the room to the breakfast. A definite recommendation, and we'd love to come back!

Apart from the fact that there are only two elevators, which are simply not enough for the tower, it's a great hotel.
