Overall, everything was very nice, breakfast was very good, all staff were friendly, highly recommended.

Centrally located, very nice hotel with a good breakfast.

We had rooms on the 6th floor. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. Very good beds and showers, even suitable for larger people! Friendly staff and a good, plentiful breakfast. We would gladly come back!

The rooms are clean, however, they are only cleaned and towels changed every other day. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a good selection.

A simple, clean hotel near Wittenbergplatz. The staff was very helpful in getting our room ready before 3:00 PM. There was a minor misunderstanding as we were initially assigned a room that was already occupied. This was resolved within five minutes, and we were offered a complimentary breakfast as an apology. The room had everything we needed, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Response to the hotel's reaction: There were no issues regarding room cleaning. We were only in the room for a maximum of six hours in total, and we were completely satisfied. We did not complain about the room cleaning.

We stayed here for one night for a concert. The location is great with easy access to public transport. Parking is rather difficult. The room could use a renovation. There was chewing gum on the walls and fingerprints everywhere. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was only one duvet, though. But the staff's service was excellent, and they promptly provided a second one. The bathroom wasn't great, as it was partially open to the room. Breakfast was fantastic, much better than what you usually expect in this price range. I would recommend the hotel and think the room issue was just a one-off.

A very pleasant hotel in the western heart of Berlin. What could have been better: - Better separation of the bathroom from the sleeping area - Blackout curtains - Cosmetic repairs in the room - No bar area for a drink

Spotlessly clean room. Modern amenities, even a small refrigerator. Perfect.

Excellent service and very good location to buy. Very near from public transport! Nothing to complain about!

Just don’t go. We were waken up by an employee (woman, turkish or indian, not the manager) telling us by the phone that we had to pay (even though the room was obviously already payed through booking). My partner told her that and she told us very rudely if we didn’t understand english or what? And started repeating “pay, pay, pay”, told us to be down in 5 minutes and hang up. We went down and the manager (a turkish woman) told us the same very arrogantly. The moment they realised they had made a mistake, she started justifying it by saying “we mediterranean women are like this, we get mad…”. I could say a lot more (we also went through the same conversation 3 times with different employees because they didn’t communicate with eachother) but I’m just gonna leave it with: service that belongs to a motel, not a hotel (except for the men, they were all nice and polite). If you can, choose another place to stay.

The hotel seems to be running on a shoestring budget; room service and reception are more like a one-star experience, but the breakfast staff more than make up for it. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint; the patched-up stains are quite obvious. The hot water system automatically alternates between hot and cold showers, whether you like it or not.
