I only wanted to go in because I saw the turnstile, then we noticed the little shop and bought some slippers there – super comfortable, I can highly recommend them.

Nice hotel, centrally located, good service, clean and nicely designed rooms. However, the windows facing the street/square are floor-to-ceiling, and the shower has a glass front opening onto the room. Perhaps the windows could be mirrored (at least partially, so it's not so visible from the street, as otherwise the only option is to keep the curtains closed).

Very quiet yet centrally located

Fantastic hotel! We had a lovely, clean room and were especially pleased with the high-quality Rituals products – a nice little wellness extra that made our stay very pleasant. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, handling our check-in and all our inquiries with great dedication. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean, small, but perfectly adequate. I'd especially like to highlight the breakfast: the staff there were very friendly and attentive, and they even offered gluten-free rolls – you don't find that everywhere. Unfortunately, the overall positive impression was significantly marred by the reception and the communication after our stay. The organization of the process seemed unprofessional. While check-in initially went smoothly, errors occurred during check-out, for which the staff was responsible, and I was subsequently blamed for problems that demonstrably originated at the hotel. Instead of resolving the situation in a customer-oriented manner or at least admitting a mistake, they tried to shift the responsibility onto the guest. I would have expected a certain degree of goodwill in this situation. In conclusion: Due to the disappointing experience with reception and the way guests were treated, we will no longer be staying at hotels belonging to the Légère Hotel Group. It's a shame, because with more professionalism and a greater focus on service, the stay could have been a much more positive experience overall.
