The room was run-down, and blackout curtains were not possible. The hotel rooms and hallways were more reminiscent of a government office than a hotel. The room was very worn, the lights were broken, the toilet was cracked, and the shower and bed linens were dirty. The room could not be darkened, and the blinds would automatically rise in the wind.

We stayed at this hotel over Easter. The exterior isn't stunning, but it's not bad for a three-star hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, coffee and tea making facilities, which are standard in most three-star hotels, are missing. Breakfast isn't exceptional, but it's adequate. Parking is available, but when the hotel is full, the spaces can be quite a distance from the entrance. Parking fees shouldn't be charged for this.

The hotel is built in an office building; the rooms are large, but the furnishings are outdated.

Overall, the stay was okay. The main drawbacks were the strong chemical smell in the bathroom and the rather small breakfast buffet. The cleanliness of the shower (see photos) also seemed to leave something to be desired. The staff was friendly and mostly accommodating. 3/5

An affordable hotel in Braunschweig's northern district. It's located on the first floor of an apartment building and is accessible by elevator. The double rooms are relatively large and have twin beds pushed together to form a double bed; the single rooms are smaller and have a 160 cm wide bed. The service is very friendly and competent. The bathroom could use a renovation, especially the shower. Perfectly adequate for one night.

A quiet hotel, somewhat secluded. Everything is geared towards practicality, and the reception area is rather dark. The rooms are large and clean, but showing their age. The breakfast area is far too small, and the breakfast selection leaves much to be desired and is below standard. The price/performance ratio is questionable.

It's a simple hotel, but I really enjoy coming here: the rooms are large with plenty of table/work space, regular heating instead of air conditioning (resulting in much better air quality), and thick exterior blinds for blackout at night and keeping the room cool in summer. Oh yes, and it's in a great, quiet location surrounded by greenery.

Great value for money if it’s for a quick night stay during travel, curtains could be improved and option between soft and firm pillow would be great
