Bahn-Hotel

The hotel is really centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station. My room was fine, the amenities were okay.

Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I can sleep anywhere, but this bed??? The mattress was as hard as a board. Luckily, it was only one night. Breakfast was good. Good value for money. We had the room facing the street, which was very noisy at night. When booking, ask if a room on the quiet side is available. The location is good, as it's close to the train station.

Nice hotel, close to the center, next to Japanese and Korean Asian markets, clean, not too small, we generally liked it. The price was also reasonable.

Close to the station and Oststraße. On a busy road and can be noisy. Old and temperamental elevator. Clean but old bathroom fittings. Bed very much on firm side. TV didn’t work, mentioned after check-in but not repaired. Good for a couple nights on a budget. Friendly staff.

Great little hotel, fantastic value for money. A couple of things to be aware of: the rooms are clean and comfortable, but dated. As other reviewers have mentioned the mattresses are hard. But for the price and location this is all fine. Also, be aware if you're checking in after 9pm you'll have to make prior arrangements as the front desk isn't manned after this time and you'll be looking at finding another hotel. Breakfast looked basic, we went to Buur Deli just up the road which is great.

This hotel is close to Düsseldorf Central Station. The rooms are very simple, but the price is reasonable and I think it's sufficient for a room-only stay.

The service was very poor. Although we had a reservation for 3:00 PM, we arrived at the hotel at 2:15 PM and were neither allowed to use the restroom nor sit down and wait. A hotel employee told us we had to come back at 3:00 PM.

The rooms were clean. The price was reasonable. What bothered me a lot was that I had rented a garage and was woken up in the morning, first by a phone call, then by knocking on the door, without any apology, because I was supposed to move the car, as the garage was double-booked.
