A truly awful and completely run-down sauna. The carpet in the basement is filthy; anyone who doesn't wear flip-flops shouldn't be surprised by athlete's foot or other unpleasant surprises. The showers are questionable at best; clean is definitely not the word for it. The water in the whirlpool is lukewarm and doesn't look very inviting. Don't subject yourself to this place. Go to the Pluto Sauna; it's pretty much the opposite of this dump. In my opinion, the Metropol Sauna should be reported to the health department.

Hello, I went to the sauna once, and that was my last time. I visited the Bi Happy sauna and was disappointed. The place is anything but modern; there's a whirlpool that's overcrowded with 4 to a maximum of 6 people. The drink prices are exorbitant, almost luxurious compared to other saunas. For example, a 0.5-liter wheat beer costs €5.40, but according to the refrigerator's display, it's only 7°C. A woman who, judging by the curtain she's wearing, looks more like Batman's mother, calls herself the "Sauna Godmother." She felt the need to reprimand me because I had my smartphone in my hand in the smoking area after asking the staff, and told me that, unlike the staff, she was "in her element." I'm really not interested in who's where. : ... Later, this "lady" started snapping at me when I was talking to her, apparently because she didn't like the topic. Such behavior is unacceptable, and if they're trying to create a "family-friendly" atmosphere, this is definitely the wrong approach. I also found the sign at the cash register quite interesting: "Energy surcharge: €2.50" I was charged an additional €2.50 on top of the advertised entrance fee. In my opinion, this establishment, with its chaotic website, "friendly" customers, and the unofficial energy surcharge that you only see at the register, is disreputable. You'll still see me at Pluto, but certainly not at this place again. I'll still be a regular at Pluto. Update January 20, 2026 It's interesting that after approximately 11 months, specifically on January 20, 2026, at 1:04 AM, reviews are finally "responded to," leading one to believe that the business is struggling and trying to raise awareness. Some reviews were answered today… The fact that criticism of the way guests are reprimanded by "governors"—especially after asking staff beforehand if they could use their cell phones in the smoking area and receiving confirmation—is simply dismissed as polemical speaks volumes. Anyone who takes so long to respond and then offers only justifications instead of showing understanding only confirms my impression. Update January 22, 2026 At noon, on January 21, 2026, at 2:04 PM, I received a notification from Google that a request had been made to remove my review. I then filed an appeal and was able to document my visit with a screenshot using the Google Maps timeline. The screenshot proves that I was on-site from 2:44 PM to 8:15 PM on December 26, 2023. An attendance of 5 hours and 31 minutes should be sufficient for a review. Today, January 22, 2026, at 11:53 AM, Google accepted my appeal and reinstated the review. Unfortunately, other reviews are (still) missing.
