Hôtel Falkensee

Very disappointed with this hotel. The reception was particularly unfriendly. Business is clearly the priority here, and customer satisfaction is a secondary concern. The rooms are very small. The only positive aspect is the generous breakfast, but at this price, you'd expect that!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and a good size. Our ground-floor room even had blinds! 👍👍 The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

I submitted a non-binding inquiry via the Hotel & Restaurant Falkensee website to check availability. However, without my explicit confirmation, this inquiry was treated as a binding booking. The booking confirmation ended up in my spam folder, so I was unaware of it. Unfortunately, despite my explanation, the hotel offered no leniency. I would appreciate it if the booking process were communicated more clearly and transparently in the future to avoid such misunderstandings.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. What bothered me a bit was that the elevator was only usable when the reception was open. 🤣

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the internet was extremely poor and there was hardly any mobile phone reception. This is a major problem for guests who need a stable connection.
