Fine dining at its finest, with a few drawbacks. The location is wow, especially for Valentine's Day. The Omakase menu was fantastic in terms of quality! However, some of the dishes weren't to our taste, and two of the courses were outrageous for the high price (dumplings and a simple miso soup). The sushi, however, was first-class, especially the quality of the fish. The service could use some work on humor and warmth. We repeatedly emphasized that we didn't drink alcohol, but were still pressured to order it several times. It felt as if the service staff were purely professional but not interested in making a good impression. We would definitely go back for the sushi, but the Omakase was disappointing for the price.

It was a truly wonderful experience and one of the best dining experiences I've had since coming to Hamburg for work. The food was phenomenal, and the service was exactly what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber: professional, attentive, and welcoming. There was also an excellent selection of cocktails and beverages. I especially appreciated the surprise for my birthday. Even though I was dining alone, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and warmly looked after throughout the evening. My sincere compliments to the team. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back.

Very posh atmosphere ideal for a date. Cocktails were very innovative and the menu was creative and well executed. Service was fast and puntual.

On May 19, 2026, we visited this restaurant located in the basement of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Unfortunately, we were only given two seats at a high table with uncomfortable bar stools. We quickly received the menus, which were just loose sheets of paper that were simply tucked in, and one promptly fell out. The greeting from a server named Nick was casual. We ordered and shared the SASHI/SUSHI COMBO (€66). Since we weren't full after that, we ordered another: the Sushi Combo (€58). The bottle of San Pellegrino mineral water (0.75 l) was being sold at the bargain price of €14. I might have ordered a case of it, because where else can you find such a special offer? Why, for profit maximization reasons, six avocado rolls had to be included in the Sushi Combo is beyond me, as they're usually not so stingy with their pricing! It also didn't fit the luxurious image that the young employee said, "You can keep the dirty plates for the second platter!" Overall, the food tasted very good. I also don't understand why the soap dispensers have to be in the sink (!) in the exclusive men's restroom. So, the conclusion is that there's plenty of room for improvement in this restaurant, if management is truly interested in doing so!

Food was delicious, service was excellent as throughout the entire establishment, and prices reflected this.
