Mr. Chaps

My boyfriend and I drove here for about two hours today, thanks to the cool Instagram account that lured us in :D A super sweet and nice young man was there today who answered all my questions in great detail. Some of them were a little uncomfortable, but I felt incredibly safe there, a real safe space, so I had absolutely no worries about asking anything. A super cute location, a bit secluded, kind of cozy feeling. Next trip is already planned for a month or two :3c

In my opinion, one of the best shops in Germany in the leather and fetish sector!

Absolutely amazing. The selection in the store is fantastic, and there's something for everyone. The service was excellent, and you could take your time deciding what you liked from the range. The custom-made item was ready within half a day.

Summary for those who don't want to read the whole thing: Service: 5/5 Selection: 5/5 Prices: 5/5 Long version: I was there on December 5th and was very satisfied. I would generally consider it one of my best experiences with specialty stores like this. I highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and offer excellent advice. The prices are fair, and the selection is surprisingly large for the small space the store occupies. They also have very reasonable prices and great deals for smaller budgets like mine. With my very limited budget, I found everything I was looking for: Paw Patrol gloves and a harness. I also bought two small accessories, one because it was a Christmas special, and the other because it matched my color scheme. And I spent under €100, which is incredibly cheap compared to online prices. I'd also like to thank you again for the DIY craft tip, where I was advised to color the white paw prints myself using a fabric marker. It worked perfectly (see picture). They could just as easily have advised me to buy something more expensive. However, they didn't; instead, they gave me genuinely helpful and practical advice for a small budget. I'd like to thank them again for that and express my gratitude to this shop with this review, as I've never experienced such excellent service anywhere else. I will definitely stop by again on my next visit to Hamburg.

Today was my first time at Mr. Chaps, and I was absolutely blown away. It's a beautiful, quirky shop; everyone will definitely find something here, whether they're looking for it or not. The service is first-class; they find suitable alternatives. Alterations are made as quickly as possible, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind. They discuss custom work, always considering feasibility, practicality, and style. The customer and their wishes are always the priority. For fetish and leather, this is my go-to place.

It's a shame that my criticism was met with insults. I was very disappointed. Based on this experience, I will not be buying anything from you in the future.
