Hôtel Leonardo Mainz

We stayed with you over Christmas, and the price was quite good considering the location, etc. It was practically empty, so I can't understand why you didn't do any minor repairs or pay a little more attention to making sure everything was clean and in good order. The syrup bottles by the coffee machine at breakfast weren't cleaned even once in at least three days! They were completely sticky and filthy. The lamp in the hallway is hanging down, and the curtain in the room is hanging off. These are all things you notice immediately, and even worse, things that could be fixed in two minutes.

We had two pleasant nights. Friendly staff and sufficiently large rooms. Even those facing the front can sleep with the window open. The traffic is very light at night. We'd gladly stay again.

The receptionist was unfortunately in a bad mood and slightly annoyed! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-furnished and of a high standard. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

Simply top-notch! Great food, superb staff!

I arrived to find the hotel overbooked. This was incredibly frustrating, as they could have easily called or emailed beforehand, which would have saved me the walk from the train station. While overbooking is understandable, the way they handled it was completely uncustomer-friendly. The service was abysmal. I would have expected much better!

The lobby area reeks of sewage/toilets.
