I stayed one night at EXO Boutique Hotel Mannheim and had a really smooth, comfortable experience. The room was spotless—fresh bedsheets and clean towels, exactly how it should be. What stood out the most was the peace and quiet. Zero noise, zero disturbances, which made it easy to fully relax and get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the understanding from the staff—they were kind enough to accept my apology for a late check-out, which shows real professionalism and flexibility. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and stress-free stay in eXo Boutique Hotel Mannheim. I’d recommend everyone to stay at eXo Boutique.

Decent prices, central location - it was good for one night!

Advantage: Central location in the city center, therefore there is tram traffic and pedestrians in front of the hotel even late at night and early in the morning. If you have a room facing the street, you can hear a lot of it even with the window closed. The room furnishings and beds were good and renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good value for money considering the location.

Exceptionally quiet, despite its central location. The room was large, clean, and modern. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, centrally located right in the city, with a nearby parking garage offering affordable parking. I arrived on Friday without a room reservation due to problems at the other hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and showed me the room before I even booked it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I had questions.

It serves its purpose, but the pictures on the website and reality are quite different. The reception staff are nice and polite, but it's confusing that there's no one at the reception desk at the entrance; you only find someone on the second floor, on the first floor. It's also confusing that the entrance is labeled Luisen Hotel, but you actually sleep/stay in the exo building. It would be nice if everything were a bit clearer. It's okay for one night, but not for a holiday.

The rooms have new bathrooms and new floors, but this is in an old building. Room doors can only be opened with a code. The building is always accessible to strangers from the outside; at night, non-guests warmed themselves in the entrance area. The doorways didn't look trustworthy, and the windows and sills were very dirty. Breakfast was mediocre, consisting of cheaply packaged breakfast items.

Good: -The location - the hotel is very central, directly opposite shops and the S-Bahn (suburban train). Neutral: -The location combined with the thin walls. I could clearly hear every departing S-Bahn train and every person in the hotel corridor. -No parking at the hotel. Although parking spaces are mentioned on the website, there are none, and you have to park in the surrounding parking garages. -The bathroom is dated but clean. The small shower has good temperature water with good water pressure. Bad: -Cleanliness - I walked barefoot in the room and my feet were dirty after 15 minutes. An ant also crawled on my bedsheet. -Wi-Fi - I was able to connect to both networks, but I didn't have internet access with either. -Look & Feel - the hotel looks modern in the provider's pictures, but the public areas smell of cigarettes, and the entire furnishings look cheap and as if they've seen better days.
