24 Seven Hotel Nürnberg

The hotel is new and looks okay, however, I have several complaints: 1. I booked for myself and a colleague, entered all the information online, and yet we still had to re-enter everything at the difficult-to-use check-in terminal. 2. The rooms are extremely noisy, and the railway line right next to them certainly doesn't contribute to a peaceful night's sleep. 3. There was no water pressure in the shower, and the temperature was cold the entire time. 4. I then received an email with an invoice for both reservations, but my invoice was completely blank. 5. I replied to the email requesting an invoice – no response. 6. I filled out the online invoice request form and didn't receive one. 7. I called and couldn't get through to a human; instead, I had to explain to an AI voice that I needed an invoice. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was very small, you could hear a lot of noise from outside even with the window closed, there was no smoke detector, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were totally uncomfortable, and the electric heating was off. I was only able to sleep for 2-3 hours at most. I don't regret sleeping in the car.

We were there in September 2025. Bad hotel. The bathroom and room were very dirty, the cleaning staff didn't understand a word of German, there were vermin in the room and beds, many things in the bathroom were broken, the toilet was much too low and crammed into the corner, and when showering, water ran into the bathroom and room. The beds were terrible; the mattresses were far too narrow and would give you a slipped disc. Check-in only worked after entering the code a thousand times, and when you called, you only got an AI that didn't understand properly. When the AI ​​connected you to a staff member, no one answered. I tried to bring everything to their attention via email, but received no response.

It smells awful!!!! Cigarette smoke and the decor is like a hospital; you don't feel comfortable at all. Very cold air. Price okay. Shower and hallway wet. The stench gives me a headache; I want my money back.

The hotel is completely self-check-in. Check-in is done via a vending machine. The rooms are adequate. There is no refrigerator, kettle, etc. The location is far from the city, but about 10 minutes from the train station. The price is reasonable considering the value for money.

The price corresponds to the condition, check in was fine and paid through booking.
