Great hotel with underground parking. However, you need to be lucky to get a spot, as spaces are limited. The room and service are excellent, and the breakfast is very extensive and appetizing. The central location is ideal for exploring Wuppertal at your leisure and taking a ride on the suspension railway.

A really nice hotel, perfect city center location. The service seemed a bit understaffed, and the bar staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed. They had no draft beer for several days, then used the wrong glasses. There was a noticeable lack of knowledge. Overall, though, it was okay.

The room was just okay. The hotel was packed, I couldn't park and had to use a paid parking lot.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was very friendly! And they offered a great breakfast. The only downside is that parking is really difficult there. When the parking garage is full, the search begins 😞

The room was okay, except for the carpet! There were empty bottles under the bed. That was rather disgusting! The shower was leaking. A rubber seal on the door would have easily fixed that problem. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Located right next to the main train station and the suspension railway, yet pleasantly quiet. The rooms are a decent size and, like the bathroom, are spotlessly clean. Breakfast can get quite busy, but the staff are very attentive. The quality remains unchanged, although parking is unfortunately limited. My next stay is already booked.

Excellent central location with underground parking and four charging stations. Modern, functionally designed rooms. Soundproof windows ensure a peaceful atmosphere while enjoying views of the suspension railway, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. I think the value for money is excellent. Friendly reception.
