À propos de ce lieu Olive Tree Museum of Vouves

Located in Ano Vouves, a picturesque village in Greece, this gay sauna offers a relaxing retreat for LGBTQ+ travellers exploring the region. Gay saunas are social spaces where visitors can unwind, enjoy wellness facilities, and connect with locals and fellow travellers in a welcoming, discreet environment. These venues typically feature steam rooms, saunas, and other amenities designed for relaxation and socialising. Ano Vouves is a quieter, more authentic corner of Greece, away from the busier tourist hotspots. This makes it an ideal destination if you're seeking a more intimate travel experience, with the chance to explore traditional Greek villages, local culture, and natural landscapes. The sauna provides a comfortable base for meeting other LGBTQ+ visitors and locals while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the area. When planning your visit, it's worth checking ahead for current opening hours and any facilities available, as smaller venues can have seasonal variations. The village setting means you'll likely enjoy a more low-key, community-focused atmosphere compared to urban gay scenes. Whether you're passing through or staying in the area, this venue welcomes LGBTQ+ travellers seeking a genuine Greek experience combined with familiar, comfortable social spaces.

Go see this 4000-year-old olive tree if you're really nearby. Otherwise, meh. It's true that it's very large, but it looks more like roots that have grown out of the trees than a typical tree trunk like we have back home. It's still a bit out in the countryside and quite isolated, but if you go, there's a very nice little bar right next door. That's all.

The oldest known olive tree in the world is about 3,500 to 5,000 years old. There is a sister tree next to it and a small museum. The environment is great, clean and free. There is a small restaurant where you can have a dessert under the grapevines. It's a dreamy place.
