The hotel was a dream!

Located on the cliff, so need to be able to walk up lots of steps.

A wonderful place – a room with a beautiful view of the caldera, a terrace, and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The room was large and cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a view. The location is perfect for exploring Santorini, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, everything is close by. We recommend it and would love to return in the future.

Cliffside Suites is a great location on the edge of the caldera. We had room 124, level with the pool bar where breakfast is also served. This is the lowest point of the hotel, so there are quite a few stairs to climb before you reach the shops and restaurants at the top. The swimming pool is a bit on the small side and offers only 4 sunbeds. There are plenty of chairs, though. The breakfast buffet is somewhat limited; it should offer a bit more variety and choice for a four-star hotel. The quality is good, though. Additionally, the staff is super friendly. Our room with a small kitchenette, suitable for 3 people, was spacious but basically furnished with little closet space. The bathroom was fine with a spacious shower. We shared the terrace somewhat with the neighbors. However, the view is beautiful, which is what you come for. Service is good. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. The price is reasonable, though a bit on the high side. (September 15-22)

Friendly service, great room, breakfast could be improved We received very friendly and reliable service from the very beginning – they even arranged a taxi for us. Upon arrival, the staff gave us an extremely polite welcome, our luggage was taken to reception and then – despite the steep terrain – brought right up to our room. We were particularly pleased with the unexpected upgrade to a larger room, even though we hadn't booked that category. Perhaps it was because we were staying for a week and not just two days like other guests – in any case, the room is truly enormous and can accommodate up to six people. The view is beautiful and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, however, could be improved: The fresh egg dishes are very good and the juice in the morning is also delicious, but overall the selection could be more varied and of higher quality. In conclusion: A hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, spacious rooms, and a great view – but there's room for improvement at breakfast.

Incredible hotel in the best spot of the caldera, Firostefani, the room had a sea view and a balcony from which you could see the sunset. The hotel facilities included 3 jacuzzis and a swimming pool. The breakfast was very attentive and with a wide variety. The staff was very helpful and very willing! The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Access from the hotel to other areas was very easy as there was a bus stop 100m away. I highly recommend it!

An amazing location hotel. Staff very polite and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views. Forget long walks and drives to beaches. Just stay at your balcony and you will see a whole world in front of you. Make sure you have enough space on your camera

Amazing hotel/rooms, exceptional service and breathtaking (!) view of Caldera. Clear recommendation. For info: Pool rather small, breakfast also good but not extreme breadth of choices.

The staff here was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They arranged transport from the ferry port, for a fee, but didn't have to deal with getting a taxi. They helped arrange our rental car. The company brought the car to the hotel then we left the keys at reception for it to be picked up. So convenient. They also booked our catamaran tour and it was my favorite day of our stay. Our room had a balcony and a porch. We were right across from the pool which is also where breakfast is served. The sunsets from our balcony as well as the sitting area above our room were magnificent. The room had nice cool AC. The bed was a bit to firm for me, and there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. However all of the amazing things outweighed these couple if minor things. It's central located so easy to find shops, restaurants and travel to other villages. Highly recommend.

Incredible!! The room was very clean, and the location was perfect if you want to be in the heart of Fira. Breakfast was good. The views were magnificent, especially at sunset 😍 an unforgettable view. It was also very comfortable for our children. I can't recommend it highly enough!
