Very old rooms in need of renovation

The staff was very friendly, but the cleanliness wasn't great. It was dusty, and I only noticed when I turned on the headboard lights. Furthermore, the tub was stained, and I refused to shower. (I tried to clean these stains.)

You have to search quite hard to find a parking space in the center of Brescia.

Clean, quiet, sweet and savory breakfast not very rich but sufficient in choice.

Absolutely not recommended, Staff very rude

I call to ask if they have a room, they tell me yes, that they'll hold it for 30 minutes and that it's the last one. Three minutes later, I arrive and they give it to someone who had checked in just before me. They tell me there's a triple room, but it costs more. When I mention what happened, they tell me that's how it is, or I can leave. The concierge even threatens to raise the price of my room if I say anything else. Given the time and the emergency, I stay anyway to sleep; they'll never see me again, not even with binoculars.
