A place that needs to be overhauled and renovated. The "hot tub" only blows air into the center, so the bubbles only hit your feet... The color of the water leaves something to be desired; every now and then you see mats floating, and the chlorine is very strong. The showers aren't hot, but lukewarm. The wet sauna is too bright because it has two glass doors (one of which is probably broken because it was taped shut) and not many seats. The dry sauna is fine, although it could be darker. The cabins are very small, and the "dark" one is tiny, measuring two square meters, and closed off by a curtain. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because the guy at the entrance was extremely kind.

The reception staff were very friendly. I've been frequenting the sauna for many years. It's clean and the staff are friendly. It's a gay hotspot for tourists and locals alike.

Large sauna. Dry, steam, mini pool, bar. Service was very friendly. The only thing I would improve would be refreshing the cabins and floor in the area.

Few people, I think because of the high price....in Palermo the salaries are low....10 people on Sunday are too few, then clean the rooms better and keep the water in the tub higher because it is cold, goodbye forever

A lovely sauna in the center of Palermo. Friendly welcome at the entrance. They asked for your personal details. Entry costs €25. I went in out of curiosity. Unfortunately, there weren't many people there, about 10. They all left around 6 pm. It's a shame; with more guests, it would certainly be a nice place to relax. Everything was clean. The bar was unfortunately unmanned. You could buy bottled beer for €3 at the entrance. I would come again.

We visited on a Friday afternoon. It was a bit quiet but there were a few guys around and still had fun in the time there. The place had some great facilities and was clean, and the staff were great too, very welcoming! Will be back again.

A grand staircase led to a huge bar, but it was practically empty! The few guys who were there, nine at most, made you wonder why they'd even come! Lame!

The place is well-kept and clean. I found the guy at the entrance very friendly. He helped us understand how everything worked, and not only that, but when we left, he also recommended some nice places to have dinner. The guy at the bar/massage therapist was also friendly; I'd read some comments about him that weren't accurate. He seems reserved and knows his stuff, but if you chat with him, he comes across as approachable. He even gave us detailed directions to the naturist beach.

I found it to be a welcoming place with staff who were willing to help even with questions about tourism in the area. The guy at the cash register was very friendly. Reading previous reviews, I was a bit wary of the bartender, but he was also very nice and open to conversation.
