Terrible service, rude staff. Old pastry sold as fresh. Terrible experience. And I didn't pay with Monopoly money!!!

We frequently use this café/pastry shop and every time there is something different. 1 UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (the tables are always dirty, The service is inattentive and rude) 2 NOT GOOD DESSERTS (after yesterday, I will never return, sour and poorly made desserts!) 3 LACK OF CLEANLINESS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT (Mold on the walls and cobwebs everywhere)

We went for breakfast, but no one considered us.We changed places. Not recommended

The place is known and is a must if you want to eat delicious things. Staff absolutely not friendly, not at all sociable completely unprepared for a welcome to the customer and above all unsmiling. I had approached the counter to order but since one attendant was busy making two spritzes and the other instead busy wrapping two postcards I moved to the tables. I read the whole local paper and they served a family that came after me. I waited for what I thought was the upper limit for an order, obviously I left. That's too bad.

What a disappointment 😞 we walked because we were walking along the way via Flavia and we stopped.Already at the entrance the lady was annoyed by our presence, then we looked at the window and told us to sit down that the staff was passing by for the order.We ordered the boy at the counter who greeted us, we sat outside and put the backpack on the iron chair (not pillows).When the Lady arrived with our tray she told us to take off the 🎒, we thought she needed the chair, and there we put on our chair, but the lady reiterated to put them on the floor!So we wore them, we reiterated that the backpacks were clean and we were free of fleas, then we went elsewhere😡🤦‍♀️

Five stars for the rudeness of the staff, and the products are similar to those of the autogrill. MAI PIÙ. Change profession and above all change personnel

Disappointed. Staff extremely rude and inexperienced. To say rude would be a compliment. From an order of 4 coffees, one macchiato and 3 krapfen, 3 espressos arrived. Not a shadow of krapfen. When the situation was pointed out to him, they were brought to us in a bad way, two croissants without even giving us the chance to have anything else. Never again! Undrinkable coffee, rude staff and former barista see that the staff (if we can call it that) while we were still sitting takes away glasses, plates when the "sweets were still in the saucer" seemed annoyed! And finally, the lady allowed herself to approach the children who were outside the bar, scolding them for the simple fact that they were playing! If you don't know how to be empathetic and professional change jobs!

Bad service!!! 2 times forgot to bring us the order (and the place was 1/2 empty) at the third order 2 orders out of 6 wrong and missing sugar bags! Too bad the place is nice and the products good

BAD EXPERIENCE: I went to order a cake for my daughter who was 18 years old. The afternoon, when I go to collect it, the cake had not been prepared. The most regrettable thing, besides the fact itself, is that from the bartender I did not receive a word of apology for the incident. I'm never going back.
