Yaas Queen! queer chess club

Queens of all genders, it’s time to take down some kings at Yas Queen! - our first chess club, workshop and social space for all abilities (beginners especially welcome).

Our mission is to make the game of chess fun, inclusive, and empowering, while challenging the outdated norms of traditional chess spaces. Come for the game, stay for the sense of belonging and connection.

The chess club will be mainly in English, but we welcome Romanian and Russian speakers and will do our best to self-organize interpretation efforts
