Parc Détente Tree House

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this company. We planned to rent BLACK VILLY for two days. We had an event coming up and were tight on time. We called ahead, clarified the details, and specifically asked if we could come and view the property. The representative confirmed this was possible and said we could arrive before 9:00 PM without any problem. We wasted time and money on travel, as the property is located outside the city, but upon arrival, we discovered the villa was occupied and couldn't be shown. The question arises: why did we confirm the viewing by phone? The reception staff's attitude was surprising: instead of trying to rectify the situation or offer an alternative viewing time, the employee simply acted baffled by what was happening, and we simply left, as there was no point in our coming. This attitude and service left a very unpleasant aftertaste. For a property of this level and price, we expected a much more organized and customer-oriented approach. It's a pity!

Superb location!!!! My husband and I were accommodated on Saturday in one of the 2-storey houses. The reception staff was very kind and positive. The lady led us to the house, explained everything very clearly. Even though there were a lot of people, we had an extraordinary rest. I highly recommend Treehouse Relax Park to those who want to understand what it means to relax🌺

The location looks nice and is clean, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the total lack of peace. The dogs around the cabins barked continuously during the night, and the noise of the nearby traffic was extremely disturbing. Rest was practically impossible, and our experience was affected.

We celebrated a birthday on March 9th, and it was one of the most unpleasant vacation experiences. When we booked, we were clearly told the pool would be warm (around 20°C). In reality, it was freezing cold, impossible to enter, especially when the temperature outside was below freezing. This was outright deception and a complete failure to live up to the stated conditions. It got even worse. Instead of properly resolving the issue, the staff simply threw up their hands and suggested we go to another house where a family with small children was already staying. Seriously? What was this even supposed to look like? No respect for guests or their comfort. It felt like a complete mess: one house had a cold pool, the other a warm one, and no one cared. Meanwhile, they charged us as if it were normal service. The staff was incompetent. No one apologized, no one tried to adequately compensate for the situation or offer a solution. The holiday was ruined. I strongly recommend this hotel. For that kind of money, you risk just getting a bad mood instead of a good rest.

I rested here on 22.03.26 and to tell you honestly it's worth it. We were welcomed with a warm smile by a young receptionist - Sofia, who gave us a tour, explained to us and assured us that our comfort was their pleasure. In addition, we ordered food, which Sofia also brought to us and made sure that everything was fine, the food was delicious. If we had any questions (believe me, I did), she answered them all. Personally, I was impressed by the services you offer. We will definitely come back here!!!!

A very beautiful place for a couple to relax. However, if you're bringing pets, be sure to keep in mind that Tree House Park also has its own animals. We were there with our dog, and both local cats and dogs kept coming to check us out. The dogs on the property aren't aggressive, but because of the local cats, we had to lock our dog in so she wouldn't chase them and accidentally eat them. The dogs, although friendly, are very noisy. They'd come barking under our windows at night. This could have been avoided if the cabin's grounds were gated, so that brings us to the next drawback. The entrance to cabin 6 (with a private sauna and jacuzzi) was right next to the playground and a shared path. The entrance to your cabin's courtyard is simply a gap between two fences. There are no gates or doors to enter your cabin's courtyard. Therefore, all new guests will be walking right next to your open fence. The cottage itself is wonderful; everything we were promised was provided in the best conditions. However! There were ants in the kitchen, coming out from under the refrigerator and crawling into cups and dishes. Fortunately, they were only there, and the bathroom and bedroom were clean. However, the staff was so nice that they couldn't lower the rating to 3 stars; the breakfast was just too delicious 🫣 And they even provided a bed for our dog. ❤️‍🩹 So I really recommend this place, especially if you want to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi!
