Bed Bugs & Very Very unfriendly staff!! Definitely not worth the money! More like a hostel of 20€

Rude Staff + Extremely Filthy rooms, beds scandalously disgusting and old with dirty stains visible because there isn't even a mattress protector on them (see photos)! Room temperature freezing cold & heating is blocked. No reception phone, Horrible violent mural (looks like someone was murdered in the room), nasty toxic smell from room cleaning toxic stuff. Shall I go on or is that enough??

Perfect hotel if you're staying in the city for a few nights. Nice location and very central. Free coffee and tea. However, they really shouldn't capitalize so much on the Pac-Man machine and that other pinball machine… nobody is going to play that for €3! 🤣 Oh well, hopefully you find the feedback useful. Otherwise, neat, clean rooms and a nice, large shower.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel has a perfect location. The theme seems to be around short stays. The rooms doesn’t provide things such as hair dryer, slippers etc. The rooms have shower in the room. The lobby has games and very comfy chairs and couches. It also has a small market which provides many things such as drinks, pizza, snacks and even pills. The stuff are very kind and helpful.

Great hotel with a reasonable price.

If you're arriving by car, head straight for the underground parking garage (different address than the hotel address). It looks great, but the self-check-in didn't work. Everything else was fine, though the prices for drinks and such are steep. There's a SPAR supermarket nearby (a 5-minute walk). Overall, it was perfectly fine, and I'd come back.

The rooms are nicely designed and include a bed and a kind of sofa. The shower and toilet are separate, which is definitely a plus. However, anyone wanting a bit of privacy while showering should choose a different hotel, as the shower is right next to the bed and only has a frosted glass shower screen. A definite drawback is the lack of a hairdryer. Luckily, we had read about this in other guests' reviews and brought our own. The rooms are quite noisy, which does compromise the privacy of both ourselves and others. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a self-check-in/out terminal. A minibar in the lobby is open 24/7. Parking is available in the hotel's underground garage for €30 per night, but the hotel accepts no liability for damage to your car. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. Overall, a nice hotel where you can have a pleasant stay. Eindhoven is a wonderful city! We would gladly return.

Very nice and convenient hotel in the center. Very urban style. Convenient internal marketing for food, breakfast, and basic necessities.
