The restaurant itself provides an "at-home" feel, sitting in the dining room of a delicate apartment with an open chicken and a light and warm interior. Björn and his team provide a professional, friendly, informative and humorous setting along with the great food. Would absolutely recommend for a family or group of friends and colleagues looking for a high-quality dining experience in an engaging business-casual atmosphere.

Frankly, I cannot understand why this restaurant has such a good rating. My husband and I came here for a birthday celebration. We left disappointed, hungry, with a heartburn and feeling somewhat ripped off. The food was pretentious, showcasing unusual flavour combinations for the sake of it. The food was way too acidic with vinegar and pickles everywhere, which in combination with dry wine pairing was close to inedible. The bread was the best part (out of desperation?), and the dessert was good. The atmosphere was kind of uninspiring, like sitting in an old apartment with the tables around. In addition, the waitress kept trying to upsale stuff all the time - an extra starter, a cheese plate, this or that. Finally, the whole thing was ridiculously overpriced. Would not come back here again or recommend it to anyone.

I’m a FAN. Not only did the restaurant deliver on food, but the champagne was exquisite. Kine deserves some of the credit for delivering incredibly good service. 10/10, will definitely be back.

Fantastic quality of food.

I was impressed by the quality.

We had our company Christmas dinner here and I enjoyed the dishes a lot! We started with a waffle with black truffle and shrimps. That was one of my favs actually. I also loved the duck and the scallops. The combination of beautiful sauces and fresh seafood were pretty impressive. The wine pairings were also very nice. Dessert options could have been more elaborate. The ambience was a bit dull.

It's in a somewhat hard-to-find location, but the service was very polite and the food was delicious.

The smokey crayfish dish that is Björns signature is worth the trip alone….in my honest opinion food doesn’t get much better than this

There were two of us for dinner here in August for a set menu and wine pairing. I would like to give immense praise to the restaurant, the waiters, the chefs and the staff. This was perhaps the best restaurant experience I have had in Oslo. I would especially like to highlight the wine pairing for the dishes, this was very good. Big congratulations!
