Nami Beef and Reef

A beautiful restaurant with absolutely delicious food. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, although the service felt a little disorganized at times. We had booked a set menu with a wine pairing in advance, but when we arrived, there seemed to be some confusion and we were initially told that we had not booked this. Communication was also a little difficult at times, as not all of the staff seemed comfortable speaking English or fully understood what we were asking. We also missed a proper presentation of the food and wines. The explanations were often given only to one side of the table, which meant that several people in our group could not hear them at all. When choosing a set menu with a wine pairing, we feel that the presentation of each dish and wine is an important part of the experience, so this was a little disappointing. The acoustics in the restaurant were unfortunately quite poor as well. We were a larger group, and it was very difficult to hear each other across the table, which also made it harder to follow the presentations. That said, the food was excellent and definitely the highlight of the evening. Overall, it was a good experience, but the service, communication and organization could have been smoother.

Exceptional experience, food and service. Justyna was our waiter last night, she was very attentive and lovely. She explained the menu to us and paid special attention to my girls, she answered all their questions and recommended the food they might like. The food is excentional on every level and can't fault it. Everything tasted amazing and cooked to perfection. Justyna made our visit extra special with her smile and lovely attitude. We will not hesitate to recommend this plac and would definitely love to go back again when we visit Krakaw next time!

Another gem in Krakow. Top japanese dishes, not only sushi. Food sharing concept, so order several small dishes and perhaps the black cod as main dish? It was fantastic. Great wines to go with the dishes…and their wagyu…wow!

All in all, one can simply say: Perfect. Everything was right, ambiance and atmosphere, service and staff perfectly framed by the taste.

We visited Nami in January, it was a really special experience and the perfect date night. From the photos seen online, I expected the fishtanks to be bigger and was a little disappointed that we didn't get seated closer to them but fishtanks aside, the food didn't disappoint. The service was fast and really accommodating with the waitress speaking clear English. We booked online and were seated quickly.

I highly recommend trying Nami when you’re in Kraków. It’s definitely a place worth visiting. The Wagyu tartare was outstanding—one of the best I’ve had—and every dessert was excellent. I will definitely be coming back. Special thanks to Jacob for the great service and for making our experience even more enjoyable.

You will not believe such top qualty Japanese selection you can get in Krakow. The menu is eclectic but the Japanese selection is top notch. Otoro, superb seasonal unagi will carry away you to another world. A place where gyokuro is not a foreign word....

I can’t praise this place enough! It’s one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been too! From start to finish the experience was nothing short of incredible. The decor the amazing seats next to the aquarium our waitress Justin’s was also the best! The food was outstanding if you go to krakow you HACE to come here!
