Local law: Legal since 1932. No domestic partnership/marriage law, but same-sex marriages from other EU states recognized since Nov 2025 (ECJ). All "LGBT-free zones" abolished by April 2025. EU employment anti-discrimination rules apply.

Do not disclose your orientation to hotel staff, drivers, or guides.
Avoid public displays of affection of any kind.
Stay at international-chain hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) — they rarely interrogate guest arrangements.
Register with your embassy on arrival — consular help may be limited.
Share a daily check-in with someone trusted abroad.

Królik Klub ("Rabbit Club") opened in spring 2025 and quickly earned a spot in the Warsaw rotation, a short hop from the Nowy Swiat-Uniwersytet metro. The playlist leans pop and dance rather than techno, the crowd is young, and the vibe is friendlier and less attitude-heavy than the bigger clubs. It slots neatly into a bar-hop with Glam Club and La Pose nearby, and the weekend nights run late. Follow their Instagram for events, as the program changes week to week.
