Great Polonia The Granary La Suite Hotel

great breakfast and spacious room, but that's where the advantages end, it's not 5* standard at all, which is a pity - it has potential :)

A large room with a large bed, and so many positives. The carpet hadn't been cleaned, the blinds hadn't been vacuumed. There was mold in the corner of the shower, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned, and the faucet was completely broken. It's obviously been bitten by the ravages of time, but you can expect a little more at this price. The breakfast was very good, with something for everyone, and the service was very friendly, which is a big plus here. It was supposed to be a 1-star, but because of the service, I'm giving it a 2-star. I highly don't recommend it.

I recommend avoiding this hotel. On our second night, the air conditioning started malfunctioning, and by morning, the room was already 26 degrees Celsius. After reporting the problem, we were informed that the problem would be fixed. Three hours later, the room was still getting warmer. At our insistence, the staff suggested another room, which, as it turned out, had the same problem, but the temperature was slightly lower. No one even bothered to help us move our luggage. By evening, we went out, and the room was already a sauna, 29 degrees Celsius, as you can see in the photo of the air conditioning controller. So, we were facing another move. The manager, surprisingly, promised a refund for the three-night stay. Hurray! It was nice, but when it came time to check out, the receptionist told us we'd only get a refund for one night (400 PLN) and that the manager who promised the full amount was gone and they didn't know anything about that conversation :( Bonus: there were bugs crawling around the rooms (all three of them), also captured in the photos🤮🪲

A great hotel with atmosphere and elegant style 😍🏨
