Villa Romantique

Best place to stay in Salema! We love it here and first discovered Romantik Villa in 2020, have been coming every year since! Olivier and Patricia are perfect hosts, the nicest and most humble people, who provide a simple but luxurious stay! The villa is set in beautiful surroundings and the attention to detail in every room is unique, exceptionally comfortable and very special. The perfect place to relax, unwind and reset! Thank you Olivier and Patricia for always making us feel so welcome x

We stayed at Romantik Villa during our recent stay in Salema. What a great place! Beautiful location with stunning views. Olivier and Patricia were wonderful hosts who delivered fresh pastries every morning. We also loved Papaya! We would definitely recommend this gem in the Algarve region! 5+ Stars!!!

This small, family-run house enjoys a peaceful location on a hill. The path down to the beach and into the village is very steep. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The complex is designed with great attention to detail, offering numerous secluded spots and a large swimming pool.

It was so relaxing to be a guest at Romantik Villa! Patricia and Olivier were attentive and welcoming. The short walk into town for restaurants and the beach was energizing. We particularly enjoyed hiking the fishermen's trail, the views were amazing and the trail was very walkable

We stayed here after our second day of hiking the Fisherman’s Trail. The rooms and amenities were exceptional. Olivier & Patricia were very warm and welcoming! Our tired bodies were soothed by the comfortable bed. We highly recommend Romantik Villa to all travelers in this area.

We visited this Salema oasis during our Rota Vicentina hike. Booking was easy, instant friendly communication with the hosts to set our minds and expectations at ease. A great hike up the hill from the beach and restaurant s, this secure intimate adult retreat is just what travellers need. The pool, outdoor common area and well landscaped yard surround the spacious well equipped rooms each with their own terrace to enjoy the ocean views. The daily personal delivery of fresh pastries is just one of the many extras the hosts provide. A true gem of the Algarve.

We had a wonderful stay at the Romantik Villa in Salema. Olivier is a wonderful and accommodating host. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained, with a fantastic view all the way to the Atlantic Ocean and a pool where you can relax perfectly. The apartments are very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Breakfast is included; every morning Olivier brings a small basket of fresh pastries to each apartment. He is always available for guests. The entire property is truly a gem.
