Hôtel SANA Lisboa

5 stars for everything: location, friendly staff, customer service, cleanliness, quality of service and food, design, room layout, quality, and everything you could possibly want for a good stay at this hotel. Located just steps from a shopping center where you can find everything, 15 minutes from the historic city center, the hotel also offers a pool on the top floor and a spa in the basement. The food they serve for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is excellent. Highly recommended.

STOLEN JEWELLERY - Had a gold ring stolen from the hotel room during the day on Sunday 7th June. Reported it to reception that evening. They checked with Housekeeping who claim to have not seen it. We checked into a different hotel that evening and reported to Police the next day.

Very satisfied with Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel. Beautiful hotel, stunning rooftop pool, and only good staff. The location is also great, slightly outside the busy city center which provides more peace and quiet, with the metro within walking distance. I would definitely come back here.

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights. Location is generally good. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. What I loved most was the breakfast. The team serving at the restaurant and at the reception were very helpful and friendly. This is the only hotel where I have seen staff asking guests if they need boxes to take food to the room after breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning to catch the train. The night before departure, I told the lady working at the reception (Mafaida Pestanua) that I would miss their amazing breakfast. She offered that they could prepare the breakfast and put in boxes for pickup at time of checkout .i.e 6:30 in the morning even before the restaurant opens. I would definitely come again.
