Small, cozy, and with delicious homemade food. We felt welcomed right from the entrance.
I didn't know any places, so I looked at Google Maps reviews and found this restaurant. The location, while I was walking around, seemed a bit dark, suggesting a nightlife scene. When you think of Portugal, you think of bacalhau! So I ordered two bacalhau dishes... and they were huge. Perhaps because I had a late lunch, or maybe because I wasn't particularly hungry and went to eat before it got too late, the portions were so large that I couldn't even finish half of it and had to take it to go. It was a bit greasy, so I thought it would be good with wine or something. I don't drink alcohol, so I asked for Fanta. They didn't have any, but they had a local brand called Zumol, so I gave it to them. I thought I'd just have a Coke. I took off a star because of the drinks, but I'm back to five. The staff was nice, and while the food was a bit greasy, the potatoes that came with the bacalhau were good. I think it's a good place to visit on an empty stomach and when you're hungry.
One of the best Places in Lisbon ❤️
A must-see in a Lisbon that is nothing like it was in the 90s, are the Ramblas of Barcelona
Came back to Lisbon to find this restaurant closed and this is so sad because this was the best Portuguese food I’ve ever had not to mention the location and the ambience.
Good food and wine. Great service. Absolutely recommend!
