Bar 54 (Smiley | Осмех Bar)

It's a very, very small bar. You can only have a quick drink there; spending more time might feel stifling. Because the interior is so small, the music is loud, and surprisingly, in Belgrade (2026), smoking is allowed in all indoor venues. It's a country in the heart of Europe, but it's surprising that smoking is allowed everywhere. At least this could be regulated in enclosed spaces.

The staff at the bar are very sweet and polite. The place barely fits 10 people. Even though I went on a weekday, it was stuffy. I can't imagine what it's like on the weekend.

The smallest "bar" in the world. They should call Guinness World Records. Just one bartender to serve more than 15 customers in a place where there's nothing else to do but order drinks. I was in and out in less than a minute. Not worth it.

The place is extraordinary, in all categories. It is definitely worth a visit and felt the spirit of the place. The staff is definitely in line with the place. At the very least, a quirky place for good vibes and a moment of socializing. Before ordering, ask if they accept cards... Every recommendation.

Small is a compliment; there's more space for the decor than for the customers. It's a fairly popular LGBTQ+ venue, but you have to be lucky to find a spot. Still, it's worth a visit.
