Small hotel, extremely well located. Surrounded by a river and several restaurants and shops. It's on a main promenade next to Ljubljana Castle.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Ljubljana. Very stylish and modern, but needs a bit of updating on the room. The carpet and curtains are stained and the tv is old but it’s literally one second from the city centre. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, and shopping unbeatable location. The restaurant and bars are all on the ground floor, creating a great atmosphere. The hotel has 3 floors with only 20 rooms, which makes it feel quiet and exclusive. Breakfast is served from 8–11am, costs €15, and is good quality. A nice touch was the welcome drinks on arrival. The 4 floor has a pool but closed during winter and Christmas, reopening in summer. Special thanks to Dalibor at reception very welcoming and professional. He explained to us the Christmas market and nearby activities. Highly recommended

Stayed here last week and we were really happy with our stay overall but we did have an issue with the TV in our room not working at all. We have however been provided an email address so we will email and hope that's dealt with accordingly. Overall however, this hotel was in a fantastic location! Every encounter we had with staff was great, they were all so friend1ly and helpful throughout our stay! We were provided with a welcome drink at check in which was a really lovely touch, however when we went to use it in the bar at first we were told it was only for 1 drink (there was two of us) so this could maybe be made clearer for guests at check in and the bar staff. Bathroom in the room is quite small as other reviews state but that didn't really affect our stay. The room was very clean and we had no issues with noise throughout our stay either which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep both nights.

The property's location is right in the city center, so it's excellent... A welcome drink was offered, and the breakfast (partly self-service, partly à la carte) was truly excellent. The rooms were overall adequate.... They were certainly soundproofed, comfortable, and clean.... But the fabric furnishings had several stains. The bathroom door, which faces the toilet, is made of transparent smoked glass (which may be uncomfortable for some). The mattress and pillows were very soft. I'd say the price paid was reasonable.

We only stayed one night at the hotel to visit the beautiful Christmas market. Our rooms weren't heated and were freezing cold. We only had light summer blankets to cover ourselves. There weren't any extra duvets in the room. It was far too cold. The room furnishings were okay. The receptionist was very friendly. In the restaurant, we (a group of four) were given a much too small table, even though a large table next to it was empty the whole time. Our food was also served lukewarm. Breakfast was good! Unfortunately, the menus were only in the local language and English, even though there were a great many German-speaking guests in town (we noticed this practically everywhere). Our boat trip was also only narrated in the local language and English, even though the few people on board were all German speakers. We wouldn't recommend this hotel. The Christmas market is beautiful and highly recommended!

The hotel's location couldn't be better – right in the city center. Reception service was top-notch. Restaurant/bar service varied, sometimes adequate, sometimes not. The rooms were very average, with rather odd decor, but there's no accounting for taste. However, the cleanliness of the rooms definitely needed improvement: dusty décor, dirty bathroom tiles and grout, and a non-functioning hairdryer.

I loved it! The setting, the owner is so nice! The room is large, the pool very pretty. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the country again.

The location is perfect, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a bad taste.
