SCAM, €1.8 for the croquette (PER UNIT, and they aren't big ones, just a normal, everyday size croquette) and €18 for a tiny little pot of clams that were all shells, I literally ate one clam and the rest was bread with the sauce (and it's not like the clam meat was in the sauce, I looked for it.. nothing, sauce with shells, 18 BUCKS) A TOTAL SCAM
Eternal wait time, price-quality ratio excessively expensive, small portions at exorbitant prices, of the three dishes tried only the seasoned potatoes had my approval. The clams in marinara sauce were just paprika and garlic that hadn't even been browned beforehand, the chickpeas with prawns were very spicy and a very dark color.
Absolutely the worst staff in the world. Waited in a line for a table for 30 minutes for lunch, only to have three women who had waited 0 minutes and had no reservation take our table. The waiter explained that one of the women had gone up to him and asked her for the table mere seconds before the previous occupants had cleared that table. So we waited 5 additional minutes. Same thing happened again, this time an Italian family swooped in and took the table. There were no reservations by any of these people. Don't wait for a table here. The waiter is awful. The place is dishonest and will not honor any sort of system where if you reserve a table you get it or if you're there first waiting in a queue then you received the next table that's available. None of that is operational at this restaurant. Not sure what kind of system they're using, but it will be an exercise and aggravation. If you wait here. Definitely worth paying a dollar more and going somewhere else. Food is probably better elsewhere anyway.
I wanted to eat fish and this tapas bar is marked as great for seafood. Anchovy appetizer with tomato, good, bacalau pâté and prawns, a real specialty, slice of grilled swordfish served with potatoes very good. I asked if there was any vegetables and they laughed. Boh.Okay service, good food, hefty bill thinking about a tapas bar.
Essential if you are in Cadiz. I had lunch with my mother and we repeated for dinner. Knives, cookers, onion tuna, chickpea chocos, huelva prawns, fine clams and golden cod. All delicious.
Excellent choice. All delicious and not expensive.Superb treatment, mention especially Alvaro who was a charm.Totally recommended.
Well located Bar with well pulled beer, good seafood and good Mood. Of my favorites in Cadiz, I have been 2.3 times and not stop trying the razors
It is customary again to drink something in Coruña. Exiled for work, when I come back, if I have to drink something, I come first El Coruña. In my case for the stews, although there are certainly more reasons. Good ingredients are noticeable, and the site light and good Service. Sometimes it's nice to write reviews.
Well, we approached tapas and we could taste a very careful menu, with many typical dishes of the cuisine of Cadiz and with nods to the good seafood onubense and even Galician. The stews are spectacular (in fact we didn’t do any photos) and priced very well. Very well served
Potatoes dressed hard and very salty, without being able to eat them, salmorejo muuucho vinegar without being able to eat it , the skewer was the same Potatoes that was taken salted with a jet of extra vinegar and a slate chopped on top the bread was the size of a bite and burned, without eating, 2 montaditos passable for the rest and 2 croquettes the croquettes were good texture and flavor but for one for the amount of chili pepper they put, we go a disaster.4 tables 4 waiters, 3 in kitchen and 45 minutes waiting, we paid 34 € for not being able to eat. I wouldn't come back or recommend it
