Ideal location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Upon exiting, you're directly on the main avenue, within easy reach of all the shops and restaurants. This immense convenience makes getting around very easy. Accessibility and inclusion: I was particularly touched by the attention given to my disability. The hotel met my needs with an adapted room equipped with appropriate assistive devices. This is rare and truly appreciated. Atmosphere: The room was very nice, and the entire hotel offers everything necessary for optimal comfort.

On Andorra's main avenue. Perfect room, very clean, and the service was 10/10.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the treatment I received from the reception staff. I stayed the night of April 4th to 5th, 2026. We arrived early in the morning of April 4th, 2026, after a long car journey, and planned to continue our trip the following day. After showering upon arrival, we went down to reception that evening to request three additional towels, as we wanted to shower again that same night or the next morning before leaving the hotel. The receptionist on the evening/night shift on April 4th, 2026, an older man whose name I don't recall, responded very rudely. He told us that, since we only had a one-night stay, we weren't entitled to any more towels and that he wasn't going to give us any because, according to him, we could only shower once. After expressing our dissatisfaction, he finally agreed to give them to us. Frankly, I find this situation absurd. Since when does shower usage depend on the length of your hotel stay? If I check in on the 4th and check out on the 5th at 12:00 PM, I consider it perfectly normal to be able to shower on both arrival and departure days. Furthermore, I never found any hotel rules or policies, neither on their website nor anywhere else, indicating such a limitation. To be fair, I want to acknowledge that the hotel was well-located, quite central, and clean. Overall, it's an average hotel, with nothing particularly noteworthy, good or bad. However, customer service is a fundamental part of any stay, and in our case, it left much to be desired. I would recommend that the hotel management reflect on the image they want to project to their guests and on the type of service they consider acceptable from their staff. Location and cleanliness can make for a decent stay, but the human touch is what truly makes the difference. A receptionist is, in many cases, the first and last impression a guest gets of the establishment. Therefore, it is concerning to encounter such an unfriendly, unprofessional, and unempathetic attitude toward a perfectly reasonable request. Regardless of a hotel's internal rules, how they are communicated is just as important as the rules themselves. I hope you will take these kinds of situations into account and consider whether the behavior displayed by certain employees truly reflects the standards of service and hospitality you wish to offer your guests. As I mentioned earlier, I don't know the receptionist's name, but he was the gentleman working the afternoon/evening shift on April 4, 2026. In conclusion, this experience unfortunately marred our stay and means I have no intention of returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing about the hotel was its location. The room was small but adequate. They should give a raise to that grumpy receptionist who clearly didn't seem happy in his job. And don't even get me started on the 3 pm check-in... we won't be returning to this hotel.

Decent stay overall, but a few things worth knowing before you book. The walls are very thin : you can hear pretty much everything around you, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are very small. The staff was polite but not particularly warm or welcoming. Didn't feel the most comfortable during my stay. That said, the location is genuinely great and probably the highlight of the experience. Might work for you if you're just looking for a base to explore Andorra, but don't expect much beyond that.
