Panteres Grogues

I have tried to contact the Panteres Grogues volleyball section, both by email and through Instagram, as indicated on their own website. I introduced myself with interest and respect, asking only to be able to do a test session. Despite having contacted several times, I only received a response from the general account (Instagram) after more than two weeks, telling me to wait a little longer. Finally, I decided to personally stop by the office to find out if the section was really still active. The person who attended to me seemed very discouraged and informed me, without much interest, that there are more than 200 people on the waiting list and that the average waiting time to access volleyball is 7 to 9 months. I understand that the entity works thanks to the efforts of volunteers and that they may not always be able to attend to all requests immediately. However, I think it is important to communicate clearly and update the information displayed on the website. There is talk of reserving a trial day and open teams for different levels, which generates excitement in people who want to actively participate in an inclusive and community environment. It has been very disappointing to see that such a beautiful initiative is not accompanied by a minimum communication structure or attention consistent with its values. Perhaps the volume of requests exceeds management capacity, but then it should be indicated with more transparency to avoid false expectations.

Club with multiple disciplines

They have quite a few activities, but they practically ignored me when I went to ask. They just kept telling me at the entrance that everything had to be paid for and that it was absolutely necessary, like, "Pay and goodbye." You're treated much more kindly at chain gyms.
