Hotel Desitges

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious and very clean (we were lucky enough to be upgraded as the hotel wasn't full). The staff were attentive and truly professional. A special thank you to the gentleman at reception on our first day who made the effort to provide us with explanations in French. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. If we return to Barcelona, ​​we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A terrible experience. I booked well in advance through Booking.com, specifically requesting a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise, a parking space, and selecting one room with two single beds and another with a double bed. Upon arrival, virtually nothing we had requested/booked was honored: we were given rooms on the first floor, right above the entrance and the bar terrace, with people drinking until approximately 4:00 AM. The noise was so intense we couldn't even open the windows. Furthermore, both rooms had single beds, despite our having chosen a double bed. There was also no parking space available, despite having requested it in the booking. The hotel's response was simply that there was no more space and that this was the only option they could offer. To top it all off, the hallway on the first floor was in terrible condition: the carpet was filthy and stained, giving a rather neglected and unpleasant impression. The most disappointing thing is that if a reservation is confirmed with specific conditions and preferences on Booking.com, the customer shouldn't end up receiving something clearly inferior to what they booked and paid for. No parking, no double bed, no upstairs room, and no adequate rest. I wouldn't return and I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here at Hotel Desitges. Reception was friendly and helpful, rooms and common areas are super clean and bright. The grounds are well maintained and street parking was plentiful.

Excellent value for money, good climbing lesson, very quiet. The only downside is that there's only one restaurant nearby.

I am surprised about this Hotel, it's a hidden pearl. Very good service a bit outside Sitges but affordable price. Free parking and enough parking!!!! Not like in Sitges city centre 50 euro a day!!!! Big and very clean rooms. Nice big and well maintained Pool Area. Good breakfast whit a good choice of fresh products. A small Bar is in the lobby. I can only recommend it

I stayed two nights. The room was fine, but it was quite hot when I arrived. The location is good, close to a bus stop and supermarkets. I'd like to highlight the professionalism of Miguel, the receptionist, who recommended several places to visit and eat. Everything was also very clean. A very quiet place.

Nice and quiet hotel 🏨 on the outskirts of Sitges and Vilanova (Les Roquetes). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a bar and terrace, and in the back there's a pool and chill-out area. Outdoor parking is available on the street, and indoor parking is also available; I think it costs €14. Highly recommended!!!

Good hotel for short stays.

The hotel is very quiet, and you can park your car on the street without any problem. It's also a safe area, as the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) come to have coffee in the hotel's café. The rooms are very nice, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility. I have no complaints about the reception staff. They were all friendly and helpful with our questions about places to eat or if we had any problems. THE BAD: The breakfast buffet is all processed; even the Spanish omelet is frozen. On the second day, the bacon was burnt, and they still put it on the buffet. This looks very bad in the eyes of the guests. For a 4-star hotel, you can't serve everything that's frozen or burnt, as was the case with the bacon. Besides, the woman who was serving at the buffet in the mornings was unfriendly. If she's not happy in her job, she should find another one and not take it out on the guests. Then there's the issue of the pool. They can't have a pool closed during Easter week because it's not ready yet and the bottom is dirty, and then tell customers it's closed because the water is too cold. As if we customers were idiots! Thankfully, at least you could sunbathe around the pool, although most of the sun loungers, tables, and chairs were covered in pigeon droppings, since it's an area with trees. And even then, they didn't clean them. For all the bad things, it deserves two stars.

Our three-day experience wasn't a disaster. All we heard was the staff talking about sick leave, and we thought they'd only talk about it for one day, but it was every morning. We guests really have no idea what's going on at the hotel. The breakfast was very basic; I mean, nothing homemade, everything is mass-produced, and the omelet was frozen. The room was very clean, which is to be expected given its three stars. These days, that hotel wouldn't even qualify for four stars. What a shame.
