The best food I ate in Madrid by far. Chef Mathias was attentive to our needs (in terms of not eating pork, etc.) and prepared an amazing meal for us that left no room for doubt. The seasoning was precise and the flavors were deep and rich. The dessert of four chocolates was amazing, and this is in my opinion, as the manager of a boutique chocolate store in Israel. The ingredients were of the highest quality and it was felt in every bite. I didn't want the meal to end. Time passed without me noticing how much I was enjoying myself. I'm not used to sitting for more than two hours in any restaurant and I simply didn't want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone who understands good food and quality chocolate. A truly worthwhile treat. We went as a couple, took a bottle of wine, dessert, two courses each (cold tomato soup with spicy ice cream that also came with good bread and beef medallions on a boiling surface, among the best cuts I've ever eaten) and three courses to share, artichokes with goat cheese in an addictive sauce, beef hamon aged in a process that made the flavors explode in your mouth and shrimp with mushrooms and brandy that caught fire). And an amazing dessert as I already mentioned. The price was so reasonable and even low compared to the level of the food that we couldn't help but indulge in a tip. Don't miss this restaurant on your next trip to Madrid!!!!

A warm welcome, the dishes were sophisticated, beautifully prepared, and delicious. The anemone and seaweed appetizer was surprising. We all enjoyed our meals, which were served promptly. The dessert, an apple crumble tart, was a magnificent creation in terms of shape, presentation, and taste. If you're looking for something different from classic tapas (which they also serve at the bar), you'll have a wonderful experience.

Excellent! We went for dinner without knowing the place and the service was top-notch. The food was very good and the prices were more than reasonable for being in the Plaza Mayor area. I highly recommend it!
