Ce que disent les critiques

Some visitors praise the cafe's delicious food, with specific mentions of eggs Benedict and croissants, and find the staff friendly. However, a significant number of guests report extremely slow service, rude staff, and issues with noise and the condition of the rooms, with some finding the accommodation to be old and basic.

Cozy and nice place, everything was very clean. They even stored our luggage for us. The coffee was delicious, and the cakes were just as good. I would definitely return whenever I'm in Malaga.

Very disappointing stay. The photos make this place look like a modern and comfortable hotel in the center of Málaga, but the reality was very different. The family room was extremely small, essentially just large enough to fit one double bed and two single beds pushed together. There was barely any space to move around, only a tiny table, and no proper wardrobe—just a rail with a few hangers and a small bench. The biggest issue was that nowhere on our Booking reservation was it clearly stated that the bathroom was shared. Arriving to discover that we had to share bathroom facilities with several other rooms was an unpleasant surprise. The room was also very noisy. The walls are paper-thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking until they went to sleep. Even with the windows closed, street noise from outside was constant. The room was hot, but the ceiling fan did not work properly. Opening the window only made things worse, bringing in even more noise as well as mosquitoes from the streetlight located right next to the balcony. The property advertises Wi-Fi, but neither of the available networks worked reliably. The signal was weak, and the connection constantly dropped. Another major issue was a strong artificial fragrance or air freshener used in the bar area at night. The smell spread through the stairways and into the room and was extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, airing out the room was not really an option because of the noise, light, and mosquitoes outside. The hotel also advertises an airport transfer service, but in reality this simply consisted of calling a regular taxi. Even then, despite seeing our family and knowing we were travelling with a baby, the staff did not inform the taxi company that we required a child seat. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our journey. To make matters worse, from around 8:00 a.m. staff started moving chairs and tables in the bar area, creating a lot of noise and making it impossible to sleep. Yet breakfast did not start until 9:30 a.m., so guests were woken up long before they could even use the facilities. Overall, this property did not match the expectations created by the photos and listing. The lack of space, noise issues, the surprise shared bathroom, poor Wi-Fi, unpleasant smells, misleading airport transfer information, and early-morning disturbances made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The toast they gave us was dry and hard. They offered to change it. But if the bread they gave us was so dry and hard, how could they suddenly give us good bread? It would be the same, I suppose. Maybe the bread they gave us was several days old. I don't know.

Just had horrible experience there. We wanted to celebrate my friends baby shower there, waited for a table outside but it was very hot and asked for the sun shade down and they refused., saying other people want sun. I mean what's the point of sub shade then. They were extremely rude and hostile. I said I want to do the hoja de reclamación and they said just do your review on Google. Which I am! Then I said by law they have to snd I can call police if they don't, so rudely and angrily she gave me two pages , I think it's meant to be 3. How rude and aggressive the people that work there!

Terrible experience. We paid for three nights, and the photos we saw before booking had nothing to do with the place or what they offered. It's old and incredibly basic. There's no one there to help you; they give you a phone number, but no one answers. Well, there is one friendly guy there, but he only handles the check-in process. In the photos, everything looks beautiful; they advertise themselves as a boutique hotel, but it's nothing like that. The air conditioning didn't work, and we complained as soon as we noticed, but they didn't offer any solution. We left the next night; it was impossible to sleep in the heat. The only thing I can say is that it was clean. But I don't recommend this place. If you're lucky enough to have everything go well, great! But it's best not to risk it.

I'm a little bit disappointed. a nice girl gives us our room - which is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. next day we want to eat breakfast downstairs. the 2 girls chat, I call them, they tell me to wait and continue to chat. nothing work related, we do understand spanish. we order, the woman almost drops our food and drinks on our table and she was kind with other guests. sorry that we wanted to eat and you should work. food was fine.
