It's a modest, unpretentious roadside hotel. Although the rooms are small, they're clean. The reception is located in the restaurant, and although it's advertised as open 24 hours, there's usually no one there physically, so you have to ask at the bar. Overall, it's perfectly fine for an overnight stay if you're just passing through.

We went to spend the May bank holiday weekend because we were playing in a beach tennis tournament on Patacona beach. We had a problem with our room door when we arrived, and a very kind receptionist sorted it out for us. They have free "private" parking for guests. The hotel was full, but we were able to sleep well. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. The air conditioning in our room worked perfectly.

Excellent value for money. One of the best places to stay, especially if you're traveling with a pet. It even has a dog park for emergencies. And the bar is open 24/7, which is another plus if you arrive at night. Access is very convenient, close to the highway, so all in all, I loved it.

REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY – Booking made in the name of my friend Mélanie P. Hotel to avoid. We booked this hotel in a hurry after our first accommodation was canceled just as we arrived in Valencia. Given the existing reviews, we were wary, but €220 for 3 nights seemed like a reasonable offer. After more than 6 hours of driving, we finally arrived at the hotel. First problem: we waited over 10 minutes at reception before the person in charge of check-ins arrived. Then, he couldn't find our reservation. We had to show him our confirmation email. He spent several minutes rummaging through cupboards looking for the room key. Not finding it, he finally gave us keys and a piece of cardboard to turn on the electricity. We went up to the room and, surprise: the room was already occupied. Luckily for us, the occupant wasn't in the shower or in any other compromising situation. This is absolutely unacceptable. We went straight back downstairs, already annoyed by the wait and the unprofessional service. Because of their slowness, we even lost our reservation at a restaurant in Valencia. At reception, they told us they “didn’t understand.” After several checks on the computer, they finally discovered that the room was indeed occupied… and that they actually had no rooms available. They even claimed not to understand how we could have booked online. The person then started making calls to try to find us another room. We refused. After this disastrous experience, we simply asked for an immediate refund of our reservation. We were assured that we would be reimbursed. This happened on Thursday. Today is Sunday, and we still haven’t received a refund. Taking payment for a reservation you are unable to honor is already unacceptable. Not issuing a prompt refund is even worse. Absolutely avoid.

Good value for money. Spacious rooms, well insulated from the noise of the bar and the road; not so much from the next room, but nothing serious.
