We booked a last-minute weekend getaway and are very satisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, which immediately created a pleasant first impression. Our sea-view room was beautifully renovated and offered a stunning view. The bathroom does have a few areas for improvement, though! The swimming pool was also a great asset. It was a pleasant place to be, and the lifeguard was particularly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the elevator was very practical, providing easy access to various parts of the grounds. We enjoyed a relaxing stay and thank the entire team for their hospitality.
Lovely hotel, views, rooms. Only downfall is one member of stall, Nicol. She was absolutely rude, impatient, inattentive and had an overall shocking bedside manner. This was noticed by many other guests staying at the same time as us, unsurprisingly. It is a shame as all other staff members were joyful and otherwise the hotel is gorgeous.
The property is well maintained and is located in an area that is close to some really pretty beaches. Despite not having a car, we were able to spend each day on a new beach just using public transport. They have a bus stop just a minute away from the property. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and even printed out train timetables and called us cabs. The property is pretty uphill but has a funicular that makes it very easy. (We didn't realise this before we got there and walked up a steep staircase from another bus stop lol don't make the same error and save your time and energy)
Is THE BEST hotel in that zone!! Has a Funicular who take you directly on the city and take u back up without climb the mountains :)))) good very good!
Highly recommended. Quiet and well connected to the city center. The reception staff were excellent.
The rooms are okay if you get one of the renovated ones. Clean and adequately sized. Reception service: 5 stars, Breakfast/Bar service: 3 stars.
