The hotel is nice enough, apart from the half built hotel opposite which has been there for 20years, which is in full view around the pool! The pool was full of tiny little fragments of something dispite being cleaned! I think the water needs to be changed altogether! The hotel was very very noisy because they had a lot of all female and male parties staying who would get back at 5am and make lots of noise!

The air conditioning was not working, after reporting it, no one responded to fix it, the room was not cleaned during the 2 days of stay, the room was poorly equipped.

Lovely service from everyone!! What a great team! During our stay, we were looked after by: Claudia, a lovely and super friendly girl. Rubén, who was also very helpful and kind. Marcos, who gave us great recommendations and provided excellent service. Everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. We'll be back! 🫶🏻

What I liked most about this hotel was the service; they are incredibly attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Claudia and Manuel for making our stay so much easier and for their kindness. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service from arrival, very friendly and attentive, they helped us with car rental for the days we were on the island

The location is quieter than in San Antonio; the hotel can't be blamed for the noisy guests during our stay. A bus stop is right nearby, and the town beach is also great for a short visit. The rooms are functional but a bit dated. The bathrooms, in particular, could use some renovation. The shower curtain was a little moldy, some of the tiles were cracked, there were a few hairs left by the previous guest, and the bidet leaked slightly. The bed, however, was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several stains on all the upholstery, from the sofa to the carpet in the hallway, which only hint at what might have happened there. Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. If you're looking for an affordable and relatively centrally located hotel in Ibiza, this one is perfect.

I couldn't have had a better time in Ibiza! Thank you to the reception staff, especially Claudia, and the lovely bartenders Manuel and Miguel. ❤️ I had an amazing time!

Everything was great during our stay. The hotel is well located and the staff were excellent; all the receptionists were very attentive. Marcos was very kind and helpful. A place I would recommend.

Very disappointing stay at Rosamar Ibiza Hotel. There only seemed to be one member of staff on during the daytime when clearly more were needed. Staff communication was poor, there weren’t enough PCs to check guests in properly, and the manager was constantly running around dealing with unhappy customers and being shouted at. Even after politely smiling and saying hello in passing over multiple days, there was never any friendliness back which made the atmosphere feel quite miserable. The room itself also had several issues including ants, noisy air conditioning and dirty towels. The children’s pool was green and remained like that for days without being sorted. Around the pool there were young adults openly snorting cocaine, and we could also smell weed coming from hotel rooms. Because of this, the hotel did not feel child-friendly at all and definitely wasn’t a comfortable environment for families. Unfortunately we would not return.
