Hôtel Port Fiesta Park

We arrived and had to wait an hour for our room. Everyone who arrived that day received an all-inclusive package. On the other hand, there was no way to regulate the air conditioning; they set it to a certain temperature, and it was far too cold. Despite that, the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but the food was bad, very repetitive, and nothing special.

A simple hotel in terms of room type and buffet food. Very good location, very close to Poniente Beach.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very nice; the rooms are a bit outdated, at least ours was, but it still has all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is usually busy, which is normal, and the food was very good, although we would have liked a bit more variety at dinner. The staff—cleaning, reception, and waiters—were all excellent, very friendly, and helpful. I recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again soon.

We stayed two weeks ago for my son's football tournament. We had a wonderful time; the hotel was very well prepared for the event, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially want to highlight the pleasant, kind, and friendly service we received from Cristina, the Galician woman, at the restaurant. Besides being professional, her warmth and friendliness made our stay truly enjoyable. I also want to mention Sergio, the waiter, who took excellent care of us at all times and made us laugh a lot during our stay. The only downside I can mention is that we were given an unrenovated, very vintage room, although the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. A BIG BRAVO TO CRISTINA, THE GALLEGA!!!

Fiesta Park Hotel We had a wonderful few days at the Fiesta Park Hotel and would like to especially highlight the excellent work of Robert and José in the pool area. They are two incredible professionals, always attentive, friendly, and with a smile that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The drinks service was excellent, fast, and of high quality. Their friendliness, warmth, and excellent service made all the difference to our vacation. People like them make the experience so much more enjoyable and make you want to return again and again. In addition, the atmosphere at the pool is fantastic, and the hotel offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are especially grateful to Robert and José for their dedication and for making our time here unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything, and we hope to return soon!
