Hôtel Best Western à Linköping

Not very far from the city center...room was small but good..very good service...nice breakfast options...I had dinner there as well which was very nice..

I had a stiff neck during my stay and asked the staff for an Alvedon in the morning. They said they didn't have any and referred me to a pharmacy in the city centre. When I got there, no pharmacy was open. It was clearly visible that I couldn't move my head normally, but the staff showed neither empathy nor willingness to help. At 6:30 I received a tip about a pharmacy that opens at 9:00 – no active help, no concern for the guest's well-being. This is not the level of service you expect from a hotel. I do not recommend this hotel and hope that the staff reflects on their treatment of guests in need.

A very nice walk from the central station away lies BW &Hotel. Very well positioned to walk to the park or centrum or the busstop right in front to take you further. My room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, nice view &large TV. I did not miss anything at the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a gym and sauna. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

One of the best hotels in Linkoping. It is located in city center with every facility you need. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast I would recommend that. Also there is conference room, gym, spa.

The room was terrifying. Room 101. Reflexively, I went upstairs from reception. Aha, 301 to 3xx, so down one floor to street level. 201 to 2xx, so down again, underground. Like a good Morlock, I went down a narrow corridor, like in the lower deck of the Titanic. The door opened, and I went in—TOTAL darkness, except for a blue LED that said, "Insert room key here." There are NO windows in this room, not even the "do not open" kind, nothing, just walls, and they're terrifyingly close to my face. Then, a light timidly switched on in the bathroom, hidden behind frosted glass. After some searching, I found the light switch in the "living area." This area is about 2 x 3.5 meters, consisting of a bed and (under the bed) some storage space and a kettle. The bathroom is the width of the room and about 1 meter wide, so 2 x 1 meters. If you don't like showering, you can use this option, but you'll need to dry yourself afterward. One shower floods the bathroom up to the door. Unfortunately, drying isn't possible because there's NO WINDOW. The air conditioning is adjustable—without a display, just a + and a - on the dial. You can't set the temperature or the fan speed. There's no fresh air intake or ventilation system. You feel like you're on the U96 subway line, but you pay significantly more for it. Breakfast is okay, the staff is friendly, but when I complained about the, literally, subterranean accommodation, they responded with, "We're trying to make it clear to our booking partners that for well over €100 in a small Swedish town, all we can offer is a windowless dungeon." My booking agency unfortunately didn't pass this information on. I felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable all night. I always sleep with the window open at home, but this felt like a prison cell, even though I've never actually been inside one. Breakfast is okay, the staff is friendly, and criticism about the, literally, subterranean accommodation is met with, "We're trying to make it clear to our booking partners that for well over €100, we can only offer a dungeon without windows." Never again Best Western, no matter where

Yes, I was on a course and we had lunch there Which was great, the food was excellent
