Hôtel Radisson Blu Waterfront

Amazing location that’s right next to both Stockholm central train station and Stockholm central bus terminal (which was great for us as we took the bus from the airport and later the bus to the ferry terminal). There’s also a taxi rank right outside the hotel which was always full of taxis. The staff were really friendly and helpful with checking-in and checking-out. The room itself was very large and well equipped, and made for a very enjoyable stay.

I was staying here when I asked them to add breakfast for my 2 day stay. They added the breakfast just once. I had to pay a higher price on the 2nd day which was their mistake as they just added 1 breakfast. I was okay with that but still I paid it at the counter amounting 315 sek. Their machine wasn't working and they said the payment didnt go through but I could see it in my bank transactions. They said that it is a reserved amount that we wont get and asked me to pay at the checkout again. I asked what happens if the payment does go through. To which the staff said trust us it wont go through. So I paid it again. 2 days later I have been charged 315 twice. So lost 630 sek for no reason at all. So a bad service overall. Faulty payment machines. Now I dont know what to do. Ok. Update. The situation is even worse. They shouldnt have charged us for breakfast at all. In the bill we can see the breakfast was included in the room. They actually have overcharged us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service at the breakfast buffet thanks to Luladey treat. This member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome every morning. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and kindness created a warm and pleasant start to each day. It is rare to find such outstanding customer service, and her dedication deserves special recognition. Thanks to her, our experience was even more memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
