Excellently run hotel, clean, quiet and with every comfort, recommended

Verena's guesthouse in Sachseln on Lake Sarnen offers everything nature and culture enthusiasts could wish for. The house is located right next to the train station, served by the Zentralbahn railway. Free outdoor parking or paid garage parking is available for guests arriving by car. The hostess takes exceptional care of her guests and the house itself with outstanding friendliness and a touch of good humor; the house is always neat, clean, and tidy. The same applies to the rooms, which are tastefully furnished in a country style. The breakfast buffet is thoughtfully prepared, featuring local products, and is plentiful – there's something for everyone. I would particularly like to emphasize the passion and dedication with which the hostess carries out her work. You feel like you're among friends. A truly unique experience and a heartfelt recommendation from me. I would love to return.

We had a very pleasant three-day stay at Verena's Boutique Villa. Our mother and siblings were very happy and felt comfortable as Verena's guests. The two excursions to Fluonalp and Niederbauen complemented our weekend perfectly.
