Hôtel House of Good Things

The hotel is really lovely. The owner is super friendly and even speaks German. The rooms are clean and are cleaned regularly. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Perfect for couples. You're right in the charming streets of Kaleiçe. We'll be back!

I enjoyed my stay at House of Good Things Hotel so much. The room is a bit tight but perfect for a solo traveller plus it’s very clean. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much for this lovely time. 💫

The location and price are good, but the owner is friendly and welcoming. There's no breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are small but adequate. The location alone is worth staying here. Everything is within walking distance of the castle. You can walk everywhere inside the castle, eat out, and have breakfast. Prices increase as you move towards the marinas. Important Note: While visiting the castle and surrounding areas, beware of anyone who asks if you need to send money to my daughter or someone else using an IBAN and say, "I'll give you cash." Be careful. This may even be said in businesses, and you could get into trouble. Of course, you might need it, but it's not worth the risk.

Rooms were sometimes not clean, room service only on request. Rooms very minimalist. No holiday feeling.

Good location, reasonably priced, but you can find much nicer hotels for a bit more money. There's no hot water early in the morning or late in the evening. The rooms are okay, but very minimalist.

The hotel is nice but overall overpriced. Our room was very small, and the bathroom even smaller, and wasn’t completely clean, with some hairs here and there and no toilet paper. The service was not very attentive, nearly nonexistent. Additionally, the location is very touristy. We will definitely look for a different place on our next stay.

Liia Samarenkina We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a special charm — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the building itself feels full of history. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area. At one point, an older lady (seemingly part of the staff or management) was speaking quite loudly, which could have disturbed the atmosphere. Luckily, Mr. Emir stepped in and handled everything with calmness and professionalism. He has a very respectful way of managing situations and making guests feel comfortable — you can tell he is someone who truly knows how to lead a hotel. In the evenings, the gentleman at the reception was also very polite and helpful, which made us feel even more welcome. Overall, this is a well-run hotel with a warm atmosphere, great service, and a manager who clearly cares about guest satisfaction. We would be glad to stay again and recommend it to others.

For me , The rooms are good , well-designed, and clean. The hotel staff are truly good and very helpful.

The rooms don't have refrigerators, but there's a shared fridge downstairs. It's a very clean, quiet, and pleasant boutique hotel. We stayed for two nights. The staff were very polite, and Emir and Ersin were very helpful. I definitely recommend it.
