They offer the best examples of traditional Anatolian cuisine. It's truly delightful to find such authentic and high-quality flavors in a touristy area like Sultanahmet. The meats cooked in earthenware pots and the regional mezes are incredibly delicious. The complimentary side dishes and the speed of service were also excellent.
