We stayed at this hotel, everything was great, wonderful staff, comfortable room, thank you very much ❤️‍🔥

I really liked the hotel! New, modern and very cozy rooms, everywhere is clean and tidy. It is clear that the comfort of the guests is really taken care of here. The atmosphere is pleasant, everything is neat and thought out to the smallest detail. I would like to separately note the location - probably one of the best.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip, I liked everything, at the reception you will be met by pleasant administrators who will tell you where you can have a tasty snack and where to relax. At first the room was a little cool, but the room has an air conditioner that heats so well that I had to open the window. I stay in Dnipro quite often and I know that the next business trip will be here.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever! We booked a room for two people, but as it turned out, the administration considers it normal for two adults to share ONE blanket on a double bed. When we asked for an extra blanket, the staff was indifferent and actually refused, without offering any alternative. This is a basic level of comfort that should be the default, not a “service based on mood”. As a result, the night was ruined - instead of rest, we got discomfort and irritation. It seems that the hotel is saving on basic things and does not think about guests at all. I categorically do not recommend this establishment if you value normal service and at least minimal comfort. The room was cold!!!

We had a family vacation at this hotel. We really liked the staff, kind and responsive. The administrator Kateryna was very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And what is no less important, it is the city center. I recommend!

We arrived after the road very tired and weary, but we were greeted so warmly and friendly that we immediately felt comfortable. The room is clean, spacious and tidy, everything is prepared for a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and polite.
